Ranging from the Alto Adige to the Mediterranean and from the Tetons to the Pacific, the menu continually evolves with standards that appear and change with the seasons highlighted by extensive daily specials, including crudo. Enotria's wine and spirits mirror Chef Hahne's cuisine with offerings from Italy and the Pacific Northwest. The Aperitivo menu includes several Enotria cocktails and features only premium regional artisan liquors. Similarly, the wine list highlights a variety of Italian, Washington, and Oregon bottles and glass pours. Finally, Enotria offers a Digestivo menu to accompany the hand-made desserts, again including a selection of the Old World and the New.
