Enotria. In antiquity, this was the name the Greeks gave to Italy. Literally, it translates to “land of trained vines,” more simply, “Wineland.” Enotria melds Italy and the Pacific Northwest, celebrating our local community through food, wine, music and art. The Enotria restaurant is located in the Laurelhurst neighborhood adjacent to downtown Seattle between University Village and Children’s Hospital in Sandpoint providing daily dinner selections, a wine club and event and catering service.
Chef David Hahne and his partner Amber Luton invite you to enjoy an Italian-inspired menu using our local region's bounty. Every aspect of Enotria reflects David and Amber's touch and is intended to both put you at ease and delight: from the rosy enveloping glows of the Tuscan glass pendants and the grace of Amber's welcoming smile to the sheer savory joy of David's Pheasant Ravioli in Brodo and his Grilled Lamb Chops with Sage-Walnut Pesto. Enotria is meant for you. Emphasizing handmade pastas, pizzas, meats and seafood, a carefully selected wine list and hand-crafted cocktails, Enotria offers creative cuisine in an intimate, casual environment. Enotria is easy elegance; the place for both comfortable family and romantic dining.
